Warranty and Withdrawal - Murassi

Purchases made on our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22-05-1999, dictated in the matter of distance contracts, in the event that the delivery of the goods takes place at the buyer's domicile, as such purchases are perfected outside of commercial premises.

We guarantee all the products purchased, therefore at the time of delivery of the ordered goods do not forget to check these simple things:

  • Number of packages (packages) delivered corresponding to the transport document
  • That the packaging is intact upon collection
  • Any damage or missing packages must be immediately communicated to the courier

Procedure for replacing an item or one of its components

The replacement will only take place in these cases:

  • The purchased product is not already functioning from the first use
  • The item is received incomplete of some of its parts listed in the description on the site
  • Incorrect shipment

In each of the cases listed above, the return to the sender will be at our expense upon notification, by contacting us by phone or email.

The following will still be necessary:

  • Original receipt or invoice
  • Bank details where to receive the refund or in any case data to make the refund.

The reason for the return must not only be communicated at the time of the request itself, but also be reported or better still attached to the return together with the data of the customer making it.

Upon receipt of the goods, the return will be we will notify you of receipt of the same and then we will proceed with the refund (only and exclusively after receiving the return).

In regards to the receipt of VISIBLY DAMAGED MATERIAL, it is necessary to report it in the transport document to the courier and report it to us promptly. In this way we will start the procedure for replacing the goods due to damage.

You have 14 days to return your products.
